UNLABELLED Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis (APD) is rare autoimmune hypersensitivity reaction to the fluctuations of endogenous progesterone during a woman's menstrual cycle. It has a wide spectrum of clinical presentations including urticaria, eczema and vesiculobullous eruptions. The disease course depends on treatment modality.
