OBJECTIVE The purpose of this article is to discuss the systemic nature of autoimmune pancreatitis and its various pancreatic and extrapancreatic imaging findings. CONCLUSION Autoimmune pancreatitis is a systemic disease with a wide range of pancreatic and extrapancreatic imaging findings.
