Aim: To determine the clinical and immunological characteristics of patients with systemic erythematosus lupus in Abidjan. Patients and Method: We studied 117 patients’ files with systemic lupus erythematosus aged 12 to 73 years old, who fulfilled the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)’s criteria.
