The objective was to assess audiological results after total ossicular reconstruction for stapes fixation. The study is a retrospective evaluation conducted in a tertiary referral centre. The patients were 16 adults with conductive or mixed hearing loss and stapes fixation due to tympanosclerosis or otosclerosis.
