In August 2013, a woman aged 59 years with known stage IIIC primary peritoneal cancer underwent robotic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, lymph node dissection, omentectomy, and optimal debulking. She did not smoke and had never been pregnant. Her medical history included asthma, nephrolithiasis, heart murmur, and diethylstilbestrol exposure in utero.
