A collection of 1002 patients with severe tinnitus, drawn from the Tinnitus Data Registry, were retrospectively surveyed to determine which traits or attributes of tinnitus could indicate the possibility of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) as the cause of tinnitus.
