Background: Attitude and barriers to the management of childhood and adolescent obesity were assessed. Methodology: This study was conducted in 3 places. This includes: University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-Ozalla, Ogbete Main Market Enugu and Ituku village all in Enugu state.
