Ataxia and peripheral neuropathy: a benign variant of peroxisome dysgenesis.

A 5-year-old boy with panperoxisomal dysfunction is described. Clinical features included hypotonia, areflexia, and ataxia. Cognition, vision, hearing, and hepatic function were normal.
