We consider a closed BCMP queueing network consisting of R job classes (chains), I< + 1 single server, fixed rate nodes, and M, class J jobs ( j = 1.2 . . . . . E ) . Asymptotic expansions are constructed for the partition function under the assumptions 1) li >> 1, 2) -21, >> 1 for each J , and 3) Ii/L21, = O( 1).
