Abstract Among 80 patients with tissue-confirmed sarcoidosis attending the sarcoidosis clinic of the Mount Sinai Hospital, electrocardiographic abnormalities of varying degree were noted in 41 patients, despite the fact that these patients were entirely without cardiac complaints and exhibited no evidence of previous or current cardiac disease on thorough examination.
