We present the 2nd version of the Catalogue of Radial Velocities with Astrometric Data (CRVAD-2). This is the result of the cross-identification of stars from the All-Sky Compiled Catalogue of 2.5 Million Stars (ASCC-2.5) with the General Catalogue of Radial Velocities and with other recently published radial velocity lists and catalogues. The CRVAD-2 includes accurate J2000 equatorial coordinates, proper motions and trigonometric parallaxes in the Hipparcos system, B, V photometry in the… Expand

A catalog of spectroscopic binary candidate stars derived from a comparison of Gaia DR2 with other radial velocity catalogs
Using the recently published Gaia second data release which includes measurements of the mean radial velocity of about 7.2 million stars, we performed a systematic comparison with other existingExpand
Radial velocities and metallicities from infrared Ca II triplet spectroscopy of open clusters II. Berkeley 23, King 1, NGC 559, NGC 6603 and NGC 7245
Context: Open clusters are key to studying the formation and evolution of the Galactic disc. However, there is a deficiency of radial velocity and chemical abundance determinations for open clustersExpand
A catalogue of young runaway Hipparcos stars within 3 kpc from the Sun
Traditionally, runaway stars are O- and B-type stars with large peculiar velocities. We would like to extend this definition to young stars (up to ≈50 Myr) of any spectral type and to identify thoseExpand
Galactic kinematics from OB3 stars with distances determined from interstellar Ca II lines
Based on data for 102 OB3 stars with known proper motions and radial velocities, we have tested the distances derived by Megier et al. from interstellar Ca II spectral lines. The internalExpand
Global survey of star clusters in the Milky Way - I. The pipeline and fundamental parameters in the second quadrant
Aims. On the basis of the PPMXL star catalogue we performed a survey of star clusters in the second quadrant of the Milky Way. Methods. From the PPMXL catalogue of positions and proper motions weExpand
Rotation curve of the Galactic outer disk derived from radial velocities and UCAC3 proper motions of carbon stars
The availability of astrometric data and radial velocities of carbon stars near the Galactic plane enables us to investigate the kinematics of the Milky Way, especially the rotation curve. TheExpand
A kinematic study and membership analysis of the Lupus star-forming region ?;??
Aims. A precise determination of the distance to individual stars is required to reliably determine the fundamental parameters (mass and age) of young stellar objects. This paper is dedicated toExpand
A Gaia study of the Hyades open cluster
We present a study of the membership of the Hyades open cluster, derive kinematically-modelled parallaxes of its members, and study the colour-absolute magnitude diagram of the cluster. We use GaiaExpand
Analysis of Selected Runaway Stars in the Orion Nebula Based on Data from the Gaia EDR3 Catalogue
We have performed Monte Carlo simulations of the trajectories of several runaway stars using their parallaxes and proper motions from the Gaia EDR3 catalogue. We have confirmed the hypothesis thatExpand
Proper motions of the optically visible open clusters based on the UCAC4 catalog
We present a catalog of mean proper motions and membership probabilities of individual stars for optically visible open clusters, which have been determined using data from the UCAC4 catalog in aExpand

The radial velocity experiment (RAVE): First data release
TLDR
The first data release of the Radial Velocity Experiment (RAVE) is presented and it is demonstrated that the radial velocities derived for the first data set do not show any systematic trend with color or signal-to-noise ratio. Expand
The Geneva–Copenhagen Survey of the Solar Neighbourhood
Abstract We report on a new survey of metallicities, ages, and Galactic orbits for a complete, magnitude-limited, and kinematically unbiased all-sky sample of 16 682 nearby F- and G-dwarfs. Our ∼ 63Expand
Local kinematics of K and M giants from CORAVEL/Hipparcos/Tycho-2 data: Revisiting the concept of superclusters
The availability of the Hipparcos Catalogue has triggered many kinematic and dynamical studies of the solar neighbourhood. Nevertheless, those studies generally lacked the third component of theExpand
Radial velocities of more old open clusters
Moderate-resolution CCD spectra in the Mg b region of red giants in 13 old or metal-poor open clusters were obtained with the kitt Peak 2.1-m telescope. Radial velocities for these giants, measuredExpand
Astrophysical parameters of Galactic open clusters
We present a catalogue of astrophysical data for 520 Galactic open clusters. These are the clusters for which at least three most probable members (18 on average) could be identified in the ASCC-2.5,Expand
Metallicities and velocities of old open clusters
We have obtinaed moderate resoluiton CCD spectra for giants in six old open clusters in the direction of the galactic anti-center (NGC 188, 6705 (M11), 6819, 6940, and IC 4756). Using crossExpand
Multicolour photometry and Coravel observations of stars in the southern open cluster IC 2488
We present new UBV photoelectric observations of 119 stars in the field of the southern open cluster IC 2488, supplemented by DDO and Washington photometry and Coravel radial velocities for a sampleExpand
Photometric and Coravel observations of red giant candidates in three open clusters: membership, binarity, reddening and metallicity
Aims. We present new CORAVEL radial-velocity observations and photoelectric photometry in the UBV and DDO systems for a sample of potential members of the red-giant branches of NGC 6192, NGC 6208 andExpand
Red giants in open clusters ? IX. NGC 2324, 2818, 3960 and 6259
We present accurate radial velocities and photoelectric UBV photometry for 73 and 57 red-giant candidates, respectively, in the intermediate-age open clusters NGC 2324, 2818, 3960 and 6259. TheseExpand
Revisiting the population of Galactic open clusters
We present results of a study of the galactic open cluster population based on the all-sky catalogue ASCC-2.5 (I/280A) compiled from Tycho-2, Hipparcos and other catalogues. The sample of opticalExpand
