STUDY OBJECTIVES We assessed the relationship between sleep duration, snoring and colorectal cancer risk. DESIGN Prospective cohort studies. SETTING United States. PARTICIPANTS A total of 30,121 men aged 41 to 79 years in the Health Professionals Follow-up Study and 76,368 women aged 40 to 73 years in the Nurses' Health Study. INTERVENTIONS None.
