OBJECTIVE Genetic factors play an important role in osteoarthritis (OA) etiology and ADAM12 gene polymorphisms may be involved. This study tried to examine the single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of ADAM12 for their association with knee OA susceptibility in a Chinese Han population.
