BACKGROUND Psychosis in pediatric mood disorder patients may be related to suicidal ideation. Bipolar (BP) adolescents are at high risk of completed suicide. We examined whether pediatric BP patients with psychosis have a higher prevalence of suicidality than non-psychotic BP patients.
