This case-control study investigates the possible relationships between the single-nucleotide polymorphisms rs1052133 in the human 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase 1 (hOGG1) gene and rs3219472 in the human MutY glycosylase homologue (hMUTYH) gene and the risk of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
