Stagonospora nodorum blotch (SNB), caused by Phaeosphaeria nodorum, is a destructive disease of wheat (Triticum aestivum) found throughout the United States. Host resistance is the only economically feasible option for managing the disease; however, few SNB-resistant wheat cultivars are known to exist.
