AIM We evaluated whether the ERCC1 polymorphisms had an effect on survival in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) patients with platinum-based chemotherapy. MATERIALS & METHODS Clinical data of 209 EOC patients between 2002 and 2008 were reviewed. The genotypes of 19007T/C and 8092C/A polymorphisms were assessed in all patients using PCR-RFLP.
