BACKGROUND Vitiligo is an acquired idiopathic hypomelanotic disorder characterized by circumscribed depigmented macules resulting from the loss of cutaneous melanocytes. OBJECTIVE In order to evaluate the immune system of Iranian patients with vitiligo, this study was accomplished.
