PURPOSE To evaluate the epidemiology of injuries and abnormalities of the anterolateral ligament (ALL) by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in cases of acute anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. METHODS MRIs of patients with acute ACL injury were evaluated.
