We aimed to assess early-onset chronic progressive cardiotoxicity in the left and right ventricles with increasing cumulative anthracycline doses. We evaluated 72 patients within the first year after doxorubicin and/or daunorubicin treatment (median 1.3 months; range 0.3–11.5) and 31 healthy controls.
