Current issues in assessment (headache diagnosis, psychophysiology, comorbid psychopathology, quality-of-life assessment, and new assessment technologies) and psychological treatment (efficacy, therapeutic mechanisms, treatment delivery, and integration with drug therapy) are addressed.
