Aspergillosis is a life-threatening fungal infection in immunocompromised people, including people infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). We determined the incidence of aspergillosis among HIV-infected people and survival after aspergillosis diagnosis by use of a national HIV surveillance database.
