The results of artificial insemination with donor semen (AID) are reported. The semen samples were stored in liquid nitrogen until needed. Eighty-two pregnancies occurred in 214 patients treated for 1610 cycles. Life table conception rates were 24.3 +/- 2.9 after six months and 32.7 +/- 3.3 after 12 months of treatment.
