  • Artificial stromata of cordyceps. militaris shows the mixture of millet and jowar is the best; the optimum score of carbon is soluble amylum; the optimum score of nitrogen is peptone; the optimum pH range is from 5 to 6; VB1, 2,4-D, milk and K+, Mg2+, Ca2+ are good for stromata production. The optimum condition for stromata production is as follows: humidity is 80%, light intensity is 600lx, and temperature is 15℃ for proliferating hyphal bodies and 25℃ for stromata production.
