De nombreux jeux serieux reposent sur une simulation du domaine a enseigner avec laquelle l'apprenant joueur peut interagir ludiquement au moyen d'une metaphore. Dans la conception de ces jeux serieux, l'equilibre entre motivation et apprentissage est un critere de reussite. Cette articulation repose sur la synergie des expertises pedagogiques et ludiques.
