Surgical reconstruction of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is indicated in the PCL-deficient knee with symptomatic instability and multiple ligamentous injury. However, the choice of graft tissues continues to be controversial. We describe an arthroscopic PCL reconstruction technique using the quadriceps tendon-patellar bone autograft.
