Brachial–ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), a marker of arterial stiffness, is an established cardiovascular risk factor of ventricular stiffening. We studied the association of baPWV with left-ventricular (LV) diastolic function in a sub-study of the Guangzhou Biobank Cohort Study.
