Arsenic is a widely distributed element in the earth, and oxidative stress is its main toxicity. Now, arsenic has been proved to have endocrine disruption function. We briefly reviewed the human exposure routes to arsenic andits metabolism, and summarized the epidemiology evidence of the arsenic effects on male semen quality and infertility.
