BACKGROUND The relationship between tumefactive lesions classified as sclerosing mesenteritis and IgG4-related sclerosing disorders (eg, lymphoplasmacytic sclerosing pancreatitis/autoimmune pancreatitis) remains uncertain. AIMS To review lesions coded as "sclerosing mesenteritis" for findings in keeping with IgG4-related sclerosing disorders.
