BACKGROUND & AIMS We aimed to determine the frequency of fistulizing Crohn's disease (CD) and the relationship between perineal and luminal fistulas. METHODS A population-based retrospective study was conducted by using the University of Manitoba Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Registry.
