We determine approximate next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) corrections to unpolarized and polarized semi-inclusive DIS. They are derived using the threshold resummation formalism, which we fully develop to next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic (NNLL) accuracy, including the two-loop hard factor. The approximate NNLO terms are obtained by expansion of the resummed expression. They include all terms in Mellin space that are logarithmically enhanced at threshold, or that are constant. In terms of…

Resummed Higgs boson cross section at next-to SV to $ \rm NNLO + \rm \overline {NNLL}$
We present the resummed predictions for inclusive cross section for the production of Higgs boson at next-to-next-to leading logarithmic (NNLL) accuracy taking into account both soft-virtual (SV) and

Universality of transverse-momentum resummation and hard factors at the NNLO
Abstract We consider QCD radiative corrections to the production of colorless high-mass systems in hadron collisions. The logarithmically-enhanced contributions at small transverse momentum are
The method of regions and next-to-soft corrections in Drell–Yan production
We perform a case study of the behaviour of gluon radiation beyond the soft approximation, using as an example the Drell–Yan production cross section at NNLO. We draw a careful distinction between
On next-to-eikonal corrections to threshold resummation for the Drell-Yan and DIS cross sections
We study corrections suppressed by one power of the soft gluon energy to the resummation of threshold logarithms for the Drell-Yan cross section and for Deep Inelastic structure functions. While no
The Three-Loop Splitting Functions in QCD: The Helicity-Dependent Case
We present the next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) contributions to the main splitting functions for the evolution of longitudinally polarized parton densi ties of hadrons in perturbative QCD. The
The Three-Loop Splitting Functions in QCD: The Non-Singlet Case
We compute the next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) contr ibutions to the three splitting functions governing the evolution of unpolarized non-singlet combin ations of quark densities in perturbative
Threshold resummation at N3LL accuracy and soft-virtual cross sections at N3LO
Abstract We consider QCD radiative corrections to the production of colorless high-mass systems in hadron collisions. We show that the recent computation of the soft-virtual corrections to Higgs
FEWZ 2.0: A code for hadronic Z production at next-to-next-to-leading order
Abstract We introduce an improved version of the simulation code FEWZ (Fully Exclusive W and Z Production) for hadron collider production of lepton pairs through the Drell–Yan process at
Evolution of parton densities beyond leading order. The non-singlet case
Abstract We develop a technique, based explicitly on the factorization properties of mass singularities, which allows one to calculate the evolution of parton densities beyond leading order. We
Polarized semi-inclusive electroweak structure functions at next-to-leading-order
We present a next-to-leading order (NLO) computation of the full set of polarized and unpolarized electroweak semi-inclusive DIS (SIDIS) structure functions, whose knowledge is crucial for a precise
Resummation of the QCD perturbative series for hard processes
Abstract We study the region of inhibited radiation in hard hadronic processes, as for jet cross sections and heavy flavour production near threshold. The cases of deep inelastic scattering and
