Four commercially available types of mixed-phase solid-phase extraction (SPE) columns (Bond Elut Certify, Isolute Confirm HCX, Chromabond Drug and Bakerbond Narc-2) were examined in order to compare the extraction efficiencies and chromatographic purity of extracts.
