This study aimed to determine the antioxidant and anticancer activity of methanol extract of Alikokop leaves (Dischidia nythesiana). The extraction method used is maceration extraction using methanol solvent. The antioxidant activity test was carried out using the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical deterrent method and the anticancer activity assay was carried out using the MTT (Microculture Tetrazolium) method using P-388 cancer cells.
