This study describes the generation of T hybridoma lines which secret factors specifically suppressing delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) to sheep red blood cells (SRBC). AKR strain-derived T lymphoma BW 5147 cells were fused with spleen cells from mice primed with SRBC and containing antigen-specific T suppressor cells for DTH.
