Chickens were immunized with eight different serotypes of avian paramyxovirus (PMV). Ninety percent of splenic IgG antibody-forming cells (AFC) were serotype-specific with respect to the glycoprotein and nucleoprotein-polymerase antigens in an indirect immunoperoxidase binding system.
