To determine the effect of burn injury on humoral immunity, we followed the murine primary and secondary antibody responses to sheep erythrocytes (SRBC), a T-cell dependent antigen, and lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a T-cell-independent antigen, after 25% TBSA burn.
