Four anti-glucocorticoids, 11-deoxycortisol, deoxycorticosterone, 17 alpha-methyltestosterone and progesterone were demonstrated to antagonize the stimulation of mouse mammary tumor virus (MMTV) production by the glucocorticoid hormone dexamethasone in the cell line Mm5mt.
