DESIGN AND INTERVENTION Patients who had anti-dsDNA antibody measured by both the Farr RIA and the ELISA techniques over a 2-year period were included in this study. Patients’ details were obtained at every visit to the clinic at 3–4 month intervals and were stored in a database.
