Anti-Co3 and severe hemolytic disease of the newborn.

Abstract

Irregular antibodies have been described to cause hemolytic disease of the newborn of varying severity. A case of anti-Colton 3 causing moderate to severe hemolysis in the newborn in two pregnancies is described.
