PURPOSE To study occurrence, morphology, immunofluorescence, and ultrastructural features of congenital anterior capsular plaque (ACP) obtained from pediatric eyes undergoing cataract surgery. METHODS Two hundred sixty consecutive pediatric eyes undergoing congenital cataract surgery were enrolled in the present study.
