Voice over Inter Protocol (VoIP) empowers in the integration of voice data over IP networks, minimizing the cost of network transmission for helping users of IP protocol. Robust and effective procedure of handoff is introduced for increasing the quality and the dependability of the networks. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is presented for the handoff mechanism and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) is observed to be the fitness value for obtained measurements of the assessment of voice quality.
