OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to describe the imaging features of anorectal gastrointestinal stromal tumors with clinical and pathologic correlation. CONCLUSION Anorectal gastrointestinal stromal tumors are mesenchymal neoplasms that typically arise in the muscularis propria of the intestinal wall.
