ABSTRACT – this study presents the methods of capture used, data about capture and procedures of wielding and marking adult individuals, juveniles and nestlings of birds of prey. The study was accomplished in some regions characterized by cerrado biome at Minas Gerais state. The work was developed between setember 1999 and October 2003.
