In this presentation we introduce a new concept of all-angle Huygens' metasurfaces. Angularly-independent Huygens' metasurfaces do not produce any reflections for arbitrary illuminations, while they are fully able to tailor transmitted waves. In contrast to the known Huygens' metasurfaces which need to be tuned for a particular plane-wave incidence, using the proposed concept it is possible to realize metasurfaces which effectively manipulate arbitrary incident wave fronts (e.g., spherical… CONTINUE READING
