Dual-targeting nanoparticle drug delivery system was developed by conjugating Angiopep with PEG-PCL nanoparticles (ANG-NP) through bifunctional PEG to overcome the limitations of low transport of chemotherapeutics across the Blood-brain barrier (BBB) and poor penetration into tumor tissue.
