Angiogenesis has an important role in pathophysiology of cancer. FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) is implicated in hematopoietic malignancies. Their role in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) pathogenesis needs more enlightenment.
