The solid variant of aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a rare subtype of aneurysmal bone cyst with a preponderance of solid compared to cystic elements. We present a case of solid ABC affecting the proximal tibia-an unusual site, and presenting with rapid progression mimicking malignant neoplasm. A 12 year old girl presented with pain and swelling, just below left knee for 9 months.
