Anatomic characterization of acupuncture system and ultra-weak photon emission

title={Anatomic characterization of acupuncture system and ultra-weak photon emission},
author={Roeland van Wijk and Kwang-Sup Soh and Eduard P.A. Van Wijk},
During the past 20 years, the connective tissue has been recognized as an integral component of the Chinese acupuncture meridian system. This has offered an interesting correspondence between the classical Chinese theory and a 200 year-old European theory on connective tissue as basic bioregulatory system. We review supporting evidence from biochemistry, cell biology, biophysics and biophotonics. Anatomic, cellular and molecular studies reveal the enormity and pervasiveness of such tissue from…

Assessment of Short-term Acupuncture Effect Through Electro-conductivity Variation of Yuan-Source Acupoints
The present exploratory work indicates that there is evidence of instant body response to acupuncture that can be detected by changes in the electro-conductivity of specific acupoints.
Primo-Vascular System as Presented by Bong Han Kim
In the 1960s Bong Han Kim discovered and characterized a new vascular system that is composed of nodes and vessels, and it was responsible for tissue regeneration, but he did not disclose in detail his methods.

Structure and Metabolism of Connective Tissue Proteoglycans
The segregation of the proteoglycans into a separate category is based on a few specific characteristics, including the fact that the d-glucuronic-acid-containing repeating disaccharide of chondroitin, N-acetylchondrosine, has recently been identified as a component of thyroglobulin.
Whole-Body Counting of Biophotons and Its Relation to Biological Rhythms
As early as 1979, the first measurements of biophotons from the human body were performed by an American research group [1]. After investigation of only a few persons the experiments were stopped.
