This paper reports on a serie of empirical evaluations of a proposed testing tool for SPL, in order to understand how useful it might be consider. The study is a serie of controlled experiment involving over fourty subjects, which analyzed the use of a proposed tool in an SPL project. The results show that the effort spent during the test case design decrease significantly when the tool was used. The subjects preferred to work with the tool, especially users without experience in testing. The… CONTINUE READING
