OBJECTIVES The regulatory mechanism of microRNA (miRNA) within macrophage innative response to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is not clear yet. METHODS The expression profile of cellular miRNAs during Mycobacterium bovis BCG infection was analyzed by using microarray.
